Downsizing usually means a change of scene as well as a change of house. A four bedroom home in Silverstream might become a two bedroom house in Waikanae, close to the beach and the grandchildren. A Karori villa might become a retirement village in Whitby.
Every one of those moves crosses into a different market, with its own price bands and its own buyers. So I cover the whole region: from Wellington's southern suburbs, up through the Hutt Valley, over to Porirua and north along the coast to Kāpiti and Horowhenua.
