Who we are

This website belongs to Blair Thompson, a licensed salesperson under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008. I work with Team Group Realty Ltd, trading as Harcourts Team Group (the agency). In this policy, "I", "me" and "my" refer to Blair Thompson.

This policy covers information collected through this website. When you go on to use the agency's services, the Harcourts Team Group privacy policy also applies.

What I collect

• Information you give me: when you fill in a form on this site, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address and anything you choose to tell me.
• Information collected automatically: the website platform records basic usage information, such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, using cookies and similar technology.

Why I collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange an appraisal or conversation
• To provide real estate services you ask for
• To understand how the website is used and improve it

I won't use your details to send you marketing unless you've agreed to it, and you can opt out at any time.

Who I share it with

I may share your information with Harcourts Team Group so the agency can manage your enquiry and meet its legal obligations. Your details may then be recorded in the customer database used across the Harcourts network, as described in the agency's privacy policy.

This website is hosted by Squarespace, which stores form submissions and usage data on its servers, which may be outside New Zealand. I don't sell your personal information.

I may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How I keep it safe

I take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and keep it only as long as I need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, and ask me to correct it. To make a request, use the contact form and I'll respond as soon as practicable, and within the timeframes the Privacy Act sets.
